Hi I cannot locate any recent reviews of folks using Italy Perfect or Vacation Perfect vacation rentals. they had great reviews 10 years ago but I cannot find out if they're still reliable or if I should just use VRBO and take my chances! thanks.

I’ve heard of Italy Perfect but it’s been a while. If you’re unsure, VRBO is safer just because it’s current and you’ll see recent reviews.

Overall, I think they’re pretty good, but they are far from perfect and you do need to understand but if something goes wrong, they are not always great at response. They’re very concerned about protecting the reputation, however so you can use that to your advantage.
