Going to Italy in June (2022) and am quite confused on what forms/passes are needed to enter. As of May 31, they will no longer require a green pass or passenger location form- does anyone know what forms are required to enter? We are a fully vaccinated crew. If i'm reading things correctly, we do not need anything aside from proof of vaccination?

I am sure others know better, but I believe now it is just proof of vaccination. Of course that could change as protocols are changing all the time. If nothing else changes, you will have to upload a picture of your vaccination card prior to boarding your flight in order to get your boarding pass.
I tend to be a "belt & suspenders" kind of guy in matters such as this. We will be in-country Sep/Oct of this year. I will have a second booster in mid-June, just in case. I will continue to carry my CDC card as well as Covid pass apps from France & Switzerland from last year. Just in case.
