Will be arriving from Stockholm late June. We have 7-10 days for Italy...just don't know how best to use our time there. Don't need to see a lot...just enjoy some areas of Italty. thanks for your input

Need more info...are you flying into Rome, Florence, Milan??? If you are visiting Rome, you can fill up all 7 days there. Here is a website to get you started www.initaly.com

I think your best starting point would be the RS Italy 2011 book. FWIW, you're going in peak season so you won't have as many lodging options available at this late date. Happy travels.
