I see on Rick's Europe Planning Map a ferry fron Bari to Venice. Has anyone any comments thereon as to prices,schedule,etc.???

You can try Minoan Lines they have a route they run that starts in Venice and goes to Greece (Patras or Igoumenitsa) and I believe makes a stop in Bari each way. The runs are only done a few times a week, and one per day. For travel within Italy, probably not the fastest or best, and if you are thinking cruise ship, these ferries are usually pretty utilitarian and a bit boring. I think for Bari to Vanice I would prefer the train.
