Gabriela, please refer to a guidebook. Before your trip and during it you will find a good guidebook invaluable. Rick Steves (of this website) has an excellent ITALY guide. It can be bought and down loaded onto an e-reader.
Gabriela, I have to agree with Swan. Some of these questions have already been addressed in your previous threads, and doing one's research - from guidebooks, online travel sources, etc. - is part of the trip-planning process. As well, take a scroll through the RS forum for similar questions. It has never, ever been easier to find a wealth of information than it is now.
Our individual must-do lists may also contain a great many attractions and/or activities which may be of no interest to you; people do not always enjoy the same things. For instance, I've no interest in cooking classes or wineries but can explore Italian churches all day. Someone might put the Mamertine in Rome on their list whereas I found it largely a waste of time and euros. Best advice is to get a couple of guidebooks and do some digging around online tourism sites for the cities you'll be visiting. There is a TON out there on all three of the above.
I do not mean this unkindly at all (really!) but I find it baffling to book a trip first and then ask what there is to see? There had to be some sort of reason why you chose Italy in the first place?
Agree with above posters. I really like the RS guidebooks, but also the Insight/DK guides as they have a slightly different perspective than RS. Enjoy Italy, it is a blast.
As stated in previous replys, only you can choose which sights intrest you.
From this site under explore Europe>Countries>Cities>plan.

If you had a guide book, all these sights have a description, which would give you an idea if you wanted to include them in your itinerary.
