Italy at Easter

I am planning a trip to Italy April 2014 during Easter time. Itinerary is Rome, Tuscany, Florence Santa Margherita Ligure. Will I have problems with sites being open in any of these areas? Which area would be the best to go to and not miss out on anything Easter weekend? We were thinking Tuscany?
Thank you

Plenty to do in Italy at Easter. For example "Scoppio del carro" in Florence. At Noon on Easter Sunday, in front of the Duomo.
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Scoppio_del_carro Some museums may be closed on Easter day and Easter Monday, also a holiday, but probably not the main ones and there will be plenty of churches and other places to see anyhow. Last year Florence's major museums (Uffizi, Accademia) were open for both days, this year it will probably be likewise. Easter Monday is a traditional day when Italians take a "gita fuori porta" (trip outside the city gates). That's when many Italian families get in their cars and visit nearby small towns and play tourists for a day, horrible traffic coming back to the city in the evening.
