Hi, I am looking at buying "Low Cost" (least expensive) versus "Economy" (Still very inexpensive) in advance on the new Italotren. "Low Cost" is "unchangeable and non refundable". "Economy" is "Changeable with supplement prior departure, non refundable". With economy, does this just mean that you pay the difference of the ticket and what you're changing to, or can you just use at a different time, if the rates are the same?
Although we plan to use exactly as purchased, just wanted to look at worst case scenario options. The only change we would make is the hour, not the day of the use. Thx.
If you click on the little "i" on the .Italo Economy price webpage it reads: Economy: Change Name - Free, Modify date/hour - Supplement 10% Changes are allowed up the three minutes prior to the train's scheduled departure time. They market it as "Saving and Freedom".
