We've always used Trenitalia but this trip we booked Italo from Florence to Venice. Will we easily find our train & track like Trenitalia? Just curious if there is anything we need to know ahead of time.

Yes it will show up on the big board listing all the other trains departing.

The Italo trains are a bright maroon colour, so you shouldn't have any trouble locating them. They often seem to have a small staffed customer service kiosk near the tracks, should you have any questions. As the previous reply mentioned, the train should also be shown on the display boards.

These are also both dead-end stations where the trains all come into one big room, with no tunnel or bridge necessary to connect the tracks.
