Has anyone ever used the ItalianSide genealogy research service, and if so, were you satisfied with the service provided and the results? Would you recommend this service? Thank you.

I have not but I'd be interested in your experience with them if you decide to try them. Are you looking to do genealogy research or were you also looking for them to help with a visit to a place where family immigrated from? (just nosy...)

I used them for researching my grandfather's roots in Calabria. I just received the information the other day and was happy with the results. It took quite some time (about 9 months) to complete the research, but I knew it wouldn't be easy after reading a lot about smaller municipalities are hard to deal with. When I'm ready to start learning about my grandmother's roots I will use them again. I would recommend.
