Italian Website Problem

Hi, I'm hoping someone can help. In the past I've ALWAYS checked out this italian website (Commissione Garanzia Sciopero (https://www.cgsse.it) for a schedule of upcoming strikes. I have been trying now for 2 days on various platforms including Google Chromebook, Apple iPad and Microsoft Edge on my PC but to no avail. So I'm concluding that it is not the operating system? The search just times out and I receive the following message:

"www.cgsse.it took too long to respond.
Try: Checking the connection
Checking the proxy and the firewall
Running Connectivity Diagnostics"

A friend said that it is probably at their end as it couldn't be failing on all 3 of my devices. I have no idea. Could it have something to do with my internet connection? Not having trouble reaching any other Italian sites. Thanks for any advice or thoughts on this matter.

It opens fine for me so the problem is at your end likely with your ISP.

Can you open it on your phone using your 4G/5G rather than your home wifi?

Doesn't open for me either (Macbook Pro/Safari/wifi).
I've had some issues with Italian websites only working during their business hours but that doesn't appear to be the problem here.

It didn’t open for me either on iPhone using Cox WiFi or cell data. I hope the website will work when I arrive in Italy.
I stressed Cox WiFi because Cox WiFi won’t let me into TrenItalia website, but I can get into it using data. It’s a known problem between Cox WiFi and TrenItalia and has been going on for months.

Thanks all but it is not my ISP as I've attempted connection on several different providers at different physical locations. Guess I will keep trying periodically and see if anything changes.

However, I did find another strike website called the "Ministry of Infrastructure and Transport"(https://scioperi.mit.gov.it/mit2/public/scioperi) which I can access. I am just not sure if this site is as robust.

did you try a VPN saying you were in Europe?
