Quite a few years ago I took a trip where a group stayed in a large villa in Porto Ercole, Italy. We had a cook from the village plus day trips were organized by our leader. Sound like anything anyone knows about and would recommend?

I had this experience in a villa near Sorrento, and Im going back in June. Owner of the Villa will organize the whole week if you choose.
