Italian train schedule question

I thought I remembered that the Italian train schedule was revised on June 12. I mistakenly thought that meant all the trains would show up on the Trenitalia website then. Regional trains are there, but not the high speed one I was interested in for the end of September. ( Firenze to Milano)

Where am I going wrong? The ones just one week before have been listed since April.

Thanks in advance for your help and understanding of my crazy American way of planning far ahead.

Thanks, Periscope. This is not an option. Main solutions is, but honestly these trains just aren't loaded yet.

The one's listed for September looked bookable, to me - oh, well.

Ah, tripped up by an unknown date in September.

Saturday, Sept 17 is the last day I see Freccia trains on the schedule. If I look at Italotreno, the last trains shown on the schedule are Saturday, September 10.

Thanks everyone for your replies. Basically, it seems as if there is no pattern to releasing the schedule so I will just continue to check every once in awhile.

Carol now retired, I had the same problem this morning. I want to see what's available. I need to book Nice to Milan, then Milan to Venice. But I decided to wait until I buy my annual trip insurance the first of July. If something happens 1) ticket cost is cover and 2) timing issue for insurance to cover next June's trip. Ticket cost won't be that much more, if any, in three weeks.

Carol now retired, I have been looking as well on Trenitalia for our trip from Milano Centrale to Monterosso on 9/17. It seems that prior to 9/12, intercity trains are on the schedule, which offer no change options, but are not showing up on the schedule after that. Does anyone know if the "90 days" prior to selling a ticket in effect here? Maybe that's the issue for the high speed trains you are looking for?
Thanks,
Sheila
