In Florence Liverano & Liverano is one of the most prestigious, however I have no personal experience.

You could also have a look at this - https://www.armani.com/ca/armanicom/emporio-armani/men/suits . According to the store locator, they have an outlet in Florence but I didn't check other cities.
I've often thought it would be nice to have a bespoke Italian suit, but unfortunately that would be way outside my budget at the moment. Hopefully you have a large budget and time to wait while the suit is made.
