No, I have not. It is my understanding that the
fastest trains have to be booked when you are
in the country. That's what we have done and will
do this trip.

I have, just a couple of days ago..
infact they just delivered my reservations home today in the morning.
I used them after being fustrated with the trenitalia website.
Unforunately, They only have the standard rates and no promotional rates and a flat rate of 19 $ for delivery.
Do you have any specific questions regarding them ?

But there is almost no reason or advantage to purchasing tickets more than a day or two ahead of time in Italy.
