Italian Cooking class or festivals to recommend?

My daughter & I met yesterday to replan our cancelled 2020 Italy trip that will now be two weeks in 2022. I’ve been to Italy several times, but this is her first trip to Italy (& Europe), so I’m focusing on her top activities/priorities.

Can you recommend any cooking classes or festivals that you attended in these locations? Anything not to be missed? Our timing is sometime mid-August through September for two weeks. I’m planning to get her to the airport in Rome, and I’ll stay in Europe for another two weeks.

Venice
Ferrara
Rome
Salerno (planning to see Paestum)
Amalfi
Rome - 1 night to fly home

"Pasta with Grandma" -- an AirBNB experience out of Rome was hands down one of the best things we did during our month stay in Italy this summer. Highly highly recommend.
