Italian Baking Class in Rome

My wife and daughter will be in Italy this September and early October. My wife has a very nice baking blog and she is interested in taking an Italian baking class. This would not be the typical cooking class nor would it be mostly pizza. She is very interested in Italian breads, cakes, pastries and cookies. She has the most time to do this in Venice or Rome. Your thoughts are appreciated.

I would be interested in an Italian baking class. Would love to learn how to make some of those sfogliatelle! I can make a mean cannoli but not a sfogliatelle. I usually buy them frozen at my neighborhood Italian deli. Mary

I took a class in Lucca. It was wonderful. I don't know about a place in Venice or Rome. Let me know if you want the Lucca information.

we are taking a pasta cooking class today with Fabio from Fabiolus Cooking Day. He may offer bread classes as well!!! it would be worth an ask. My friends took his class and said it was the best one they've ever taken. They have a Facebook page that you may want to look at. Reviews are all EXCELLENT!
