Italia Rail Transfer

Traveling by train from Trieste to Milan with a change at Venice Mestre and only 14 minutes to do so. Is it feasible to be able to make the connection in only 14 minutes? Thanks

Italia Rail is a travel agency, not a train company. But I suspect you will be travelling with Trenitalia. (If so, why not just book with them directly...)

However the railways do not offer you transfers that are undoable. That 14 minutes is fine. It is even at the long side, I personally prefer not to hang out at stations that long.
And if you miss it due to a delay you just take the next train. If that is a train with compulsory reservation you will need to pass via the Frecciadesk to have your reservation exchanged.

Very feasible. You get off the train, walk down the stairs to the crossover passage, walk about 20 to 50 feet to your new track, up the stairs to the platform and ready to board the new train. Should take all of 5 minutes, That is unless you get lucky and the next train is on the same platform or across on the other side. Then it will take less than a minute.

PS Download the Trenitalia app, then you will know what platforms are involved, or ask the comductor, or check the monitors in the crossover passage.
