We are traveling October 2024 from Syracuse to Rome 2 days before going on cruise. I went onto ITA site to do seat selections as we are flying SYR to JFK via Delta which I was able to secure seats on Delta's site. They then referred me to go to ITA which I did, selected seated and paid for seats, I did get a notice that not all receipts are available though I have my eticket for confirmation. My credit card has been charged but now it is showing I need to select seats which are still showing available. Has anyone dealt with this before?
