ITA Airlines - Unable to book flight between Rome and Athens. Should I book Sky Express?

Has anyone else had an issue attempting to book a flight on ITA Airlines?

I am trying to book a flight between Athens and Rome and keep getting this message "don't have permission to access on this server"

I have exhausted my limited tech ideas. I have looked and tried to book via google flights and I can go through the booking options up to the point of paying with other travel services, I am just a little reluctant to do so. I prefer to book directly with the airline.

So, any suggestions? Or is this the universe's way of telling me to take the one hour earlier flight on Sky Express?

Are you using a VPN? If yes, you can try connecting to another server from your VPN or simply disconnect from your VPN to make the transaction. You may also need to clear your cache of cookies. I have this happen fairly frequently when using my VPN.

Thank you to everyone's' suggestions.

I have rebooted; no luck.

Changed VPN locations; no joy.

Turned off VPN; did not work.

May reboot router and see what happens...and may try calling as suggested.

At what point in the process do you get that message?

I just did a dummy booking and got to the payment page without a problem. Didn't enter any credit card info, so if the problem is in the final step, I have no clue of any other suggestion.

(Using firefox on a Dell laptop)

I downloaded Firefox on our Dell desktop-same message.

I would try rebooting our router, but our son is doing on-line school work for his final semester in college. I obviously do not want to hinder that in any way...

Hubby is currently listening to some horribly-cheesy "hold" music, on speakerphone, with ITA...

Depending on what I am using - desktop-if I click from google flights to ITA, that is where I receive the message. This is in Chrome.

In Firefox, when I enter ITA and click on their website, that is where I receive the message.

On my iPad, linked to my phone and cellular - not my home wifi, I can get all the way through to purchase, but when I click "Continue" the continue button does not work.

Husband was able to talk to ITA and their phone customer service was fantastic!

We have booked our flights, have tickets, names are correct on the tickets and the tickets show up in the ITA app; so hopefully things will go well on travel day.
