I am trying to book a train ticket on Trenitalia from Venice to Florence.
I finally made a reservation and have a booking code (PNR) but now must pay within 24 hours to confirm.
However, the site didnt allow me to pay and now when I go back into the Customers Service section my reservation doesnt show up.
Anyone have similar issues or any advice on how to figure this out?
