Isola del Giglio info

Has anyone heard of or visited this island? I read about it in an Italian Magazine where it had won a Guida Blu award for most beautiful beaches in Italy. Can anyone tell me anything? It's just off the Tuscan coast.

If you can wait until November I will let you know. We will be in Tuscany and Liguria September and October and are planning on going to Giglio.
