We have a party of 2 adult couples, have planned to have a car. Planning a long day trip to Elba driving from base in San Vicenzo to port Piombino ferry to Portoferrio. Will visit Napoleon's winter and summer homes, taste the local wine, and lunch on fresh fish. Beyond that looking for suggestions.
