My sister and I will be spending 4 days on Ischia after the end of our Best of South Italy tour. We are looking for tips regarding where to stay and what to do. We look forward to relaxing after a busy couple weeks of touring, but also want to plan a few outings. Maybe a cooking class or food tour, some hikes, etc.

We were there last year for 3 nights. There are some great thermal parks on the island, I highly recommend that. We went to Negambo and loved it! The castel on the rock is fun to explore, and there are gardens and hikes we did not get to.. We rode the bus around the island in about an hour and saw some places we would like to explore if we get to come back. We stayed near the main port and found that was convienent for transportation.
La Mortella Gardens are fabulous. And Negombo.
