Is Ischia too far from Sorrento for a day trip? Which is a better choice: Ischia or Capri?
Either island is close enough, I've been to Ischia but not Capri. Capri is the more well-known (and well-touristed) and has more spectacular scenery, Ischia is more laid back and relaxing.
