We spent 5 nights in Ischia last summer, stayed in Forio. It was our first stop post-international flight so it was more about rest and recovery for us, so I don't have too many "active" recommendations, but if you're interested in experiencing the thermal gardens that the island is known for, we had a really great day at Poseidon. Did a day trip to Capri as well but didn't actually spend time on the island; just did a boat tour around it which I was grateful for because the island was insanely busy.
