We feel very close to the Moricciani family through our several visits to their amazing agriturismo, Cretaiole, near Pienza. I tried to check in with them to see how they are doing but have received no response. Does anyone here know if they are ok?

Hello, If You have name and surname there is a service in italy where You can find the number and the address of the person. Probably the mobil number written on the google page works only for job requests? Off course now they are closed.

Just heard from Cretaiole about our reservation. Shout out to Isabella. We were booked for the first week of June for a week. But they've been closed down until very recently and Americans still can't come due to required 14 day quarantine upon arrival from outside the EU.
They waived the cancellation penalty since they've been closed. Hopefully we'll go when there's a vaccine.

We did get full refunds of our United miles, for the flights Austrian canceled, and no charge cancellations for our other hotels. Waiting for the vendor to cancel to get a refund is the best tip I got from johnnyjet.com.
