Hello!
Still in very early research stages for our trip to Italy in Spring '25. Family of 4 adults, first trip for 2, third trip for the other 2.
Current plan:
Seattle to Rome
Rome to Florence
Florence to Bologna
Bologna to Venice
Venice to Varenna (or other Lake Como town)
Varenna to Milan (spend night near airport, fly home from Milan)
Does this seem like a good route? We intend to rely on train travel, no car rental.
