Is the Venezia Unica pass and others like it worthwhile?

We (2) are planning to visit Italy for the first time in mid-late May and want to see the main attractions. There seems to be so many of these cards and it's hard to tell which will actually yield savings. We are staying 2-4 days in Venice, Florence, Rome, and Naples/Sorento area.

I imagine it depends on what sights you want to see. I considered it in 2022 and it didn't align with my interests; I was skipping the Doge's Palace, for one thing.

I will say that most people would benefit at least to some degree from a vaporetto pass. A single vaporetto ticket now costs 9.50 euros. (You might bump into some old information on the internet citing lower prices.) These are the prices of the passes available:

24 hours: 25 euros
48 hours: 35 euros
72 hours: 45 euros
168 hours (7 days): 65 euros

The decision to purchase or not to purchase a vaporetto pass requires some thought about how you plan to use the boats. Where is your hotel located? Will you be able to get to your hotel with your luggage (crossing whatever hump-backed bridges are along the way) on foot? Do you want to go to Murano? Burano? If you're going to both, that will require 3 tickets if you visit both on the same day. If you're a fairly intense sightseer, you may use the boats pretty often, because you don't have a lot of time in the city, and they sometimes save a good bit of time. For longer trips, walking is a very useful way to get around, because Venice is endlessly fascinating as well as not terribly large. You can spot-check walking time between your hotel on sights on your target list by using Google Maps.

I liked having the Chorus Pass, which now costs just 14 euros and covers entry to 17 less famous churches, but I only just managed to break even on that in 2022 due to lack of time, and I was in Venice for 10 days. Therefore, I doubt the Chorus Pass would be a financial boon to the typical visitor who isn't focused almost exclusively on seeing churches.
