I called a few times this morning from the US using 011-390292800360. The call went through. But after I heard some announcement in Italian and then an announcement in English saying they are open Mon to Sat from 9 to 6:30 pm, the call wnet silent afterwards. Any idea what is going on?

This is Easter Monday, they could be closed today. That's the only thing I can think of.

Yes, Easter Monday is a big holiday there and I am sure they are closed.

Thanks for all your replies. I thought you are all right that this was due to Easter Monday holiday. So I called again today, but the result was even worse, only an announcement in Italian, which I didn't understand, and then it went silent (I thought it was disconnected). Any idea, or did someone use the number recently?

Back in February when I was buying tickets for May (the fist week they were available) I was successful in obtaining tickets on the phone when the website said they were sold out. I went through several cycles of no response on the phone before I got a person on the line. Then, everything went smoothly.
