Is St. Peter’s Basilica closed on The Feast of St. Peter and St. Paul holiday?

I notice that there don’t seem to be any tours of St. Peter’s until after noon on June 29. Is St. Peter’s closed for tourists on the Feast of St. Peter and St. Paul holiday for part or all day?
