I know that the Vatican Museums are closed on June 29 for The Feast of St. Peter and St. Paul holiday, but does anyone know if St. Peter’s is also closed? I know that there is a Papal Mass for the Solemnity of Saints Peter and Paul in St. Peter’s at 9:30 AM, but don’t know if that would cause all of St. Peter’s to be closed to tourists. I have researched on the internet and emailed multiple Italy tourist offices, but have not been able to get an answer. Thanks!

St. Peter is in the Vatican, not in Italy, so Italian tourist offices do not look as appropriate contacts. I really do not know, but solemn Masses at the Vatican are very large events and I would be very much afraid that the solemn Mass keeps the whole piazza busy so you can't even approach the church, let alone visit it.
