Is it worth to buy the Milan City Card?

Are the savings worth spending its $15 cost? I will be staying by the Duomo, so I do not anticipate using public transportation. Do I get a discount from the Malpensa shuttle to Milan, and to Trenitalia station with it? Thanks

I've not purchased the Milano card in the past, because I usually do not spend much time there, usually an afternoon & the night before my flight home.

If you're planning to visit multiple museums over a 2-3 day period, it sounds like it's worth it.

According to above website, you will get 10-20% discount on the airport shuttle bus but not on the 'Malpensa Express' train.
The airport shuttle bus will take you to Milano Centrale( Milan's Central station)
