My family has a trip planned to Sicily in mid-September. We are flying into Palermo from Rome and flying out of Catania back to Rome, 1 day before our International flight back to the states.
I've been reading about the many eruptions from Mt. Etna and the delays and airport closures.
Should we change our plans and fly back from Palermo?
