Is Delta still flying to Rome from O'Hare in June???

Hello all,
Apologies in advance in this has been covered recently elsewhere. I have tickets from ORD to FCO June 12 returning June 28th. I just checked flights for those days and the website says "there are no seats for those days". Maybe I'm being naive but I'm guessing/hoping that the flight has in fact been cancelled and they haven't reached out to ticket holders yet. Like everyone I would prefer a refund to my credit card rather than a two year Delta voucher. I've been on hold for four hours and the chances of getting anyone of the phone seem slim. Comments from anyone having held Delta flights into Italy in June will be appreciated.

Today is „schedule change Saturday“ for Delta, and the airline is loading its reduced June schedule. Lots of changes for all Delta passengers today. The ORD to FCO non-stop is flown on Alitalia metal. It‘s still on the July schedule, but was removed today from the June schedule. The only option showing up now is a connecting flight through Amsterdam. So, you should be good on the refund, but you may want to wait until Wednesday or so to call because call volume will be very high for the next few days. Or you can try Twitter.

My July Reykjavik flight had a similar no seats issue and turns out it was canceled. Called Delta, had them do the “call me back when it’s my turn” thing. They called me in about an hour, easy and pleasant refund experience. I love Delta for this reason - they are pricier but their customer service is excellent.

After five hours on hold last night I got a Delta agent and yes, my flight had been cancelled and they refunded my Am Ex card in full.
