Is Artviva in Florence still in business?

We've used Artviva many times in the past, but now every time and for several weeks when I've tried to book a tour, I get the message that they are offline. Can anyone help?

Google Maps information still shows Artviva Florence Tours as an active business, and Google Maps is usually pretty quick to update when a business is permanently closed (definitely within several weeks). You might try emailing or calling them. Skype and WhatsApp are cheap or free ways to call Europe.
