Even though I put my password in time after time after time, I still can't answer personal messages. It used to work fine! What up with this system?

Celeste, Are you able to post replies on the HelpLine? If that works, the PM function should also work. The Webmaster will be able to get it sorted.
The 'My Profile' button used to show if I had a new message; now it only works if I've just logged on...but I'm adapting ;-)
I wrote to the Wenmaster and he answered me, but his solution did not correct the problem. For some reason I can read the messages but not reply to them. It's so frustrating!
Celeste, You might try clearing your Cache and Cookies. That may be part of the problem?
No, I did all that. I finally just downloaded Google Chrome, and now it works OK. I just can't imagine why all of a sudden I couldn't access it on AOL as I've done for months.
Celeste, If downloading Google Chrome fixed the problem, that would tend to indicate the issue was with the previous Browser you were using. Just curious, which Browser were you using?
