I downloaded the iphone app and have been listening to many of the playslists getting ready for my upcoming trip to Italy 8/22 - 9/6. However, I notice that several of the ions won't play, and end up locking up the application. In particular, the Walking Tour for Venice - St. Mark's Basilica is acting up. At first, it played for a few minutes, then some sections said "Null" at the top and they would stop playing. Now it won't play at all, and locks the app up to a point where I have to get out and re-enter to do anything. I have deleted and added the track several times, with no luck. When I try to add it back to the playlist, it immediately says it is downloaded, making me think it isn't actually deleting it in the first place. I noticed this was one of the new tracks recently added, and am wondering if this has something to do with it. Thanks for any feedback and suggestions! Jeff

Have you tried downloading it to your computer using iTunes, instead of downloading it directly to your phone using the app?

Jeff, I assume you're referring to the Rick Steves Audio Europe app? I've only got a couple of tours loaded, but haven't had any trouble with them. Which iPhone are you using, and which version of the OS? I'd suggest clicking on the small "i" on the top left corner of the App, and using the "Send Us Feedback" link to notify RS of the problems you're having. They may be able to suggest some solutions.
