We are in Italy for 3 months. Does anyone know how to check the giga (data) balance on my card? The website is all Italian & they are less than helpful at the TIM store. I used 50G in less than 3 weeks (seems impossible) & had to buy 50 more. Rip off? I don't know. Would appreciate feedback. Thanks!!

I couldn't find a TIM data plan called Rapida, where did you get it? It seems there is one in Brasil, but of course you can't use that in Italy
The only way to use 50 gigas in less than 3 weeks would be watching hours of videos in streaming and making very long videocalls. Are you sure you run out of data and not money? A SIM with zero credit doesn't work.
