Call me a novice...OK, so I AM a novice. I'm trying to fax a reservation request to a hotel in the CT that does not have email, but the number they gave me will not go through. The number is 0187-82-11-98 in Vernazza. Any advice? Thanks.

Are you dialing 011.39.then the local number? 39 is the country code.
