Any info good, bad, ugly about the following Rick Steves' hotels would be great. I am trying to make a choice on if we should keep our 4 star hotel for 122E a night or maybe go to something with a little more charm with less stars and better price. Let me know what you think or the following Hotel Nardizzi Americana, Hotel Pensione Italia, Hotel Montreal, Gullivers Lodge (which is new, Gulliver's place is booked up) and Hotel Ferraro. Thanks in advance.

I've only only stayed at the Nardizzi Americana,but really had a good experience there. It had charm and a MUCH cheaper rate.

I also stayed at the Hotel Nardizzi in November and was very happy with the accomodations. It was well located, friendly, clean and offered a decent breakfast. And it was very affordable.

Ive stayed at Hotel Italia and liked it very much.However Ive stayed at Residence Adler several times and like it better.Great host, location and nice rooms and breakfast.
