On Sept 2-Sept 5, 2009 we need to rent a nice/safe but inexpensive apt for those 3 nights in Barcelona. We need a 1 bedroom with a sleep sofa in the living room.
Am interested in any recommendations for an apt or a rfeliable website.
Also best car rental company with best rates in Provence and Florence.

Diane, we rented an apartment from www.friendlyrentals.com, we had a nice apartment and good service from them. You might get more answer if you would repost in the to the West section. We have rented a car from autoeurope.com, or europcar.com, in France and Germany, but i don't think i would drive in Florence, check some of the previous posts on that.
