I am aware of the 3 oz. liquid/quart bag rules for airline carry-ons, but what about the little foil wrapped wipes, cleansers, etc. packaged for individual use. Are these considered liquids? Do they need to go in the same quart size bag, or can they just hang out with everything else in my luggage?
