In search of vineyard/farmhouse accommodation in Tuscany (near Florence)

Looking for a place to stay for two nights in Tuscany (Chianti area?) near Florence. Would love a farmhouse/vineyard feel with great views. Hoping to find a place that even offers cooking class or wine tasting/tours on site to do during the day. We will be arriving and departing Florence via train, so looking for something that may be off a bus route, offer transportation, or we'll look into renting a vehicle for the two days.

I highly recommend Villa Vignamaggio. It is an agriturismo with lovely rooms, pool, grounds, views. Great breakfast at the café (which legally cannot be part of the agriturismo). It is a vineyard. We were there during harvest in September and were able to see the whole operation and have an onsite wine tasting. We drove, so not sure how to access otherwise. They claim that it was the home of Mona Lisa and the famous portrait was painted there.....who knows?!

Six years ago we took a cooking class and had a winery tour at the Montagliari Winery at Greve-in-Chianti. And across the vineyard, the farmhouse/estate in the distance was supposed to be where the woman who posed for the Mona Lisa lived. Never found out if it was true or not, but after great food & a few bottles of superTuscan red it sure sounded good. So I just checked and Greve-in-Chianti is the town of Villa Vignamaggio. Tuscan legend!
