I would like recommendations for a room preferably in the old town close to the train station that you can easily get to without hauling luggage up a hill... going in April

He has several properties. We stayed in a very nice, clean & quiet little apartment in Monterosso's old town with full kitchen, bath, one double bed off the kitchen, & one double bed in a separate bedroom. The rate last June was 110 euros for the single bedroom & bathroom or 110 euros for the entire suite. Great location, not up a steep hill, 2nd floor.
