I will be in Florence and am going to Cinque Terre from there. I had planned on staying in Rapallo for two nights and taking the train to Cinque Terre.
I did want to stay in Lucca for a night. Now I'm not sure.
The question is:any ideas on a lovely town to stay in that has transportation between it and Cinque Terre

It does look lovely. I will have to come back during the warmer months to enjoy the sea. I'm going the end of October.I will consider your suggestion. thank you
