Impruneta vs Santa Brigida and/or Restaurant suggestions in Florence

Are both these areas equally as beautiful? (Impruneta and Santa Brigida) I am about to book a tour and would appreciate advice.

Also any suggestions on where to eat in Rome and/or Florence? I want to avoid going to a heavily visited tourist restaurant and being overcharged.

Thank you!

What kind of tour would take you to Santa Brigida? I know where it is but I have never gone there in almost 30 years in Florence, half of which roaming Tuscany on Vespas and motorcycles.
Impruneta is a pretty popular spot for a Sunday getaway.
The landscape is similar, lots of Tuscan hills, so in terms of beauty, both are likely to be nice. Is this a bike tour?

I can recommend Trattoria Sostanza. Butter chicken is what they are known for and it is really good!! I peeked into the kitchen, and as far as I can tell, they only cook on a charcoal stove! Sounds crazy!! Central Market is also good for casual lunch.
