No, proof of vaccinations are not required.
Proof of vaccination not required. Anyone who eats in restaurants should have Hep A vaccinations (true anywhere in the world). And of course everyone who travels should be innoculated against Flu, RSV, COVID and DPT and the childhood vaccinations like measles.
The only shot you'll want once you get to Italy is Grappa.
...and ensure tetanus shot is up to date.
