Thanks Frank ll for the links. Yes, we do miss Italy. What a nice surprise that Condé Nast Traveller featured the Panoramic view of the Grand Canal. We discovered the same view from Bar Foscarini next to Ponte delle Accademia Bridge (sipping Asperol Spritz). Friends told us it is one of the best views of the canal. What we didn't realize was that we also had the view of my husband's ancestral home across from the Guggenheim Collection.
