Idiota! Can you help with Firenze Musei?

I reserved Uffizi tickets online but typed my e-mail address incorrectly. Therefore, I did not receive my vouchers and my e-mails to the site are returned because I'm not e-mailing from the same address I registered. Is there any other way to contact Bassilichi to try to straighten this out, or should I just write this one off?

Me, I'd email my Firenze hotel, explain what happened, and ask them to call and help fix it. Sure they will.
