My daughter's 10th birthday will happen when we are in Rome the first week of April--does anybody have a favorite family-friendly restaurant to share in the neighborhood of the Colosseum? I'm also seeking kid-friendly ideas to surprise her with. She's a smart and tough little trooper, and very excited about traveling, but it would be great to do something extra special that day to celebrate her new double digits.
Rome comes near the tail end of our 3-week trip.
That's a good idea! I had no idea there were tea rooms in Rome. We are a family of four, with my husband and 13yo son along on the trip.
I'll add that she's not a very dainty kind of girl--I call her Captain Adventure--but she does like to eat, so tea is a possibility for sure.
Ohhh...if she does like to eat, one of the gals from my meet up group here in Coeur d'Alene recommends Mr 100 Tiramisu! 100 flavors or Tiramisu!
Mr. 100 Tiramisu looks unbelievable. Out of curiosity, do they say it "Mister One Hundred" or "Signore Cento..."?
